Greetings from Sunrise Movers and Packers. These terms and conditions establish a legally binding contract between our business and the client and regulate how our services are used. You attest that you have read, comprehended, and accepted the following terms by reserving or using our moving, packing, storage, or transportation services. These conditions are intended to guarantee openness, confidence, and a positive experience for each party.

The agreement is solely based on the information you give Sunrise Packers and Movers when you make a reservation. These specifics could include the number of items, type of goods, moving date, pickup and drop locations, and more. The customer is in charge of making sure that all information provided is correct and comprehensive. We must be notified well in advance of any last-minute changes, such as a change in dates, additional goods, or an address modification. If you don't, you risk being refused service or having to reschedule. If inaccurate, deceptive, or insufficient information is given at the time of booking, Sunrise Packers and Movers retains the right to refuse services.

The distance between the pickup and delivery locations, the quantity and kind of the goods, the amount of labor needed, and extra services like storage, insurance, or special handling all affect our prices. All quotes are subject to change if the customer's requirements change, and they are only valid for a limited time. A partial advance payment is required to confirm a reservation; the remaining amount must be paid before the goods are delivered to the destination. Additionally, customers should be aware that they are responsible for paying any additional fees, such as state entry fees, parking fees, or toll taxes. Sunrise Packers and Movers makes sure that clients understand exactly what they are paying for by upholding an open pricing policy free of hidden fees.

To protect your possessions during transportation, we employ premium packing supplies and methods. Customers should, however, let us know in advance if they plan to purchase anything extremely valuable, fragile, or delicate, like glassware, antiques, or electronic equipment. After that, extra care will be given through special handling arrangements. Damages brought on by pre-existing flaws in the items, incorrect customer packing, or restricted items packed without disclosure will not be covered by Sunrise Packers and Movers. Furthermore, it is strictly forbidden to pack or transport any flammable, dangerous, or illegal items (such as gasoline, chemicals, or explosives). We can better serve you and lower risks by being transparent about the kind of goods we sell.

Although we always aim to deliver items on time, delivery schedules are subject to a number of outside variables that are out of our control. Despite our best efforts, delays may be caused by traffic jams, bad weather, strikes, roadblocks, or vehicle breakdowns. Although it is an estimate, the delivery time specified at the time of booking cannot be assured. In order to pick up their items in person, we ask that customers be available at the delivery location at the appointed time. Delivery delays or additional fees for redelivery may occur if the customer or their representative is unavailable. Our staff makes sure you receive regular updates on the status and anticipated arrival of your shipment.

 

In order to protect against unanticipated circumstances like accidents, theft, fire, or natural disasters during transit, Sunrise Packers and Movers strongly advises clients to choose insurance coverage. Despite our best efforts in handling, packing, and shipping, mishaps can happen, and in the absence of insurance, the customer is responsible for any losses. If insurance is availed, claims must be reported immediately at the time of delivery along with photographic or video evidence of damage. Although Sunrise Packers and Movers will help with the claim process, they are not directly responsible for the amount of compensation. Customers must understand that insurance is the most reliable way to protect their belongings during shifting.

For clients in need of short-term or long-term storage solutions, we also offer secure storage and warehouse facilities. Before being accepted into storage, items kept with us must be correctly declared and documented. Hazardous, perishable, and improperly declared items will not be permitted. Customers should be aware that storage facilities are offered at an extra cost and subject to certain restrictions, even though we maintain strict security standards and routine monitoring. Items that naturally deteriorate after being stored for extended periods of time are not Sunrise Packers and Movers' responsibility. To ensure that products are handled and stored properly, we urge customers to provide all relevant information.

We have a cancellation policy in place because we recognize that plans can change. If a customer wants to cancel or reschedule, they must notify us at least 48 hours before the planned move. The advance payment will be forfeited if this isn't done. Since manpower, packing supplies, and vehicles have already been reserved, advance deposits are typically non-refundable in the event of last-minute cancellations. Refunds (if any) will, however, be handled in a timely manner in accordance with business policy. To prevent any inconvenience, customers are asked to carefully verify dates and requirements prior to making a reservation.

During the moving process, customers also have certain obligations. To prevent needless delays, it is anticipated that every item will be prepared for packing and moving at the appointed time. Additionally, customers need to make sure that the phone numbers, contact information, and delivery addresses they have provided are correct and up to date. Cash, jewelry, important documents, and medical supplies are examples of essential personal items that should be kept apart and not given to the moving crew because they are not under our purview. Customers can contribute to a seamless and trouble-free move by working with our staff and giving accurate information.
