✅ Do’s – Things You Should Always Do
A few weeks before your move, begin organizing your move. In addition to guaranteeing your desired time and date, early booking enables our staff to get ready for any unique needs you might have.
Sort through your possessions and discard anything you don't need before packing. Donate, sell, or get rid of things you don't need. This lowers the amount of merchandise, saves money, and facilitates unpacking.
Cash, jewelry, personal identification, and important documents should never be packed but should always be carried with you. Your most valuable belongings will be kept as safe as possible thanks to this.
Boxes should always be labeled with their contents and the room to which they belong. For delicate items, use "Fragile" stickers. This makes it easier for you and our staff to locate and handle boxes with care when loading and unloading.
Put everyday necessities like medications, toiletries, chargers, and snacks in a small bag. Until everything is unpacked in your new house, this "essentials bag" will come in handy.
Please notify us in advance if you have expensive electronics, glass objects, antiques, or large furniture. To handle them safely, our staff will bring the appropriate tools and packing supplies.

Fuel, chemicals, explosives, and flammable liquids should not be packed. These can endanger the safety of your team and your goods and are prohibited by law.
When cartons are overfilled, they may break or become too heavy to handle. To guarantee safe handling and transportation, the weight should always be balanced.
Tools, fragile goods, and small items should never be left unpacked. It's easy for loose items to get lost or damaged in transit. Always make sure that protective materials are packed properly.
Notify our staff right away if your delivery address or moving schedule changes. Unannounced last-minute changes could result in delays and additional expenses.
Don't bring fresh fruits, vegetables, or dairy products. These could get spoiled in transit, smell bad, or draw pests. Bring only dry snacks for yourself.
Missed items, disarray, and stress are frequently the results of last-minute packing. Always start early to ensure that everything is organized and packed safely.
Remember to turn off the gas, electricity, and water supplies before you leave your previous residence or place of business. By doing this, needless expenses and safety risks are avoided.
